started the car and drove it around the block, it was sputtering a little bit and the throttle wasnt responding very quickly i also noticed a small lack of power....30 minutes later i start the car and tap the throttle, the response time is way off it sputtering and if i put my foot down it almost dies, i put it in gear and go to drive away and ti slowly accelerates to about 10 km an hour and will not go any faster, high revs no power and no speed, also when i take my foot off the pedal it sputters....it was running fine earlier in the day....please help me this car is making me crazy

 

Spark Plugs,Fuel Filter,Fuel Pump. It might be one of this.
