Question 5.0 mustang 400 to 450 hp rebuild help

Hey Guys,
I was wondering if you could help me with a few question I have on my '93 Mustang LX Hatchback.
My goal is to have a 400 to 450hp daily driven Mustang so my gas mileage and driveability will be a concern.

I have the the following parts I am using for the rebuild:
  • 255 lph intank fuel pump
  • 255 lph Inline fuel pump
  • P600b procharger with intercooler
  • shorty headers
  • H-pipe
  • Flowmasters
  • 30lbs fuel injectors
  • 76mm c&l mass air sensor
  • 70 mm throttlebody
  • GT-40 upper and lower intake manifolds
  • Underdrive pulleys
  • electronic fan
  • 3.73 rear end
  • BBK Fuel pressure regulator
My question is do you think I need new headers or if porting my old ones would work. Also would if be best to my CPU flashed. I also thought about getting a new cam or should maybe get 1.7 roller rockers, and should I get the bottom end rebuilt.
I would appreciate anyones input that would be helpful.

Thanks in advance for everyones input

You have to many fuel pumps, the underdrive pulleys cant be used with a supercharger, the supercharger is a shitty one thats not efficient and you will not get to your goal with that setup.

vortech v1 or v2, paxton novi-1000, procharger p1sc

injectors are too small... I'd shoot for 36's minimum.

Use the 255 intank pump. The inline is meant to suck through the intank pump you have so it's not needed.

Gunna need some head work. Stock e7t heads are t3h l0s3. A blower cam would help too.

You could just as easily make pretty near 400 streetable hp NA with a proper head/cam/intake/exhaust package on a 331 bottom end. It'd be cheaper and easier on the motor than the blower.

thanks , i didnt even think of going 331 but i will have to look into it, how would that affect my mileage, i got kinda a long drive to work (about 60 miles round trip) thanks again

heres the article that i used to make some of my choices, www.mustang50magazine.com/techarticles/14518_50_engine_buildup/index.html

with what i already have do you guys think it might be an alright ride till i can save and get the better parts next year? also could i swap out my p600b with a p1sc using the same mounts and inter cooler tubing?

I would stroke the engine to either a 331 or 347,And use the Trickflow top end engine kit and a 150 shot of nitrous

thanks everyone i am having the block tore down and rebuilt this week, i think the main reason im looking at using the supercharger is i already have it, i got it dirt cheap awhile back and just figured i'd throw it on, how would everything work if i got the afr 185 heads, new cam, stroked the block and throw the charger on there
