ouch 7200 is a bit much for a car from 1995, especially its not luxurious. but anyway u can definitely get another 5.0 for cheaper. matter of fact i know a guy whos selling a 2005GT for 6K. im sure u can a nice running 5.0 for 4K and less.

but hey its ur money

Seriously, for 6K I'd almost drive down to Crofton this weekend and pay cash...unless it's salvaged or wrecked

However, to answer the original question. It's a lower mileage vehicle which should fetch around $5K-6K deending on your market. The new paint and rebuilt tranny might indicate that it's taken a beating in it's life (test drive should tell you that). GT40 heads and cobra intake are $600-$750 worth of mods (less if you shop around). Rims and exhausts are a personal choice so it's always tough to throw a value to them, you may love them and I might remove them and sell ASAP. You could build the same car for that amount of money so from that perspective I would say it's not that great of a deal. However, if you love every aspect of the car and it's the ride you would build if given the opportunity and $7000, then it is worth it. It's not a great deal that you could turn around any sort of profit if you tried to re-sell it
