Default elecctrical problems

this is about the 3rd time this year my battery has died on me. or not really died but this time it doesnt have enough juice to start the car.

alternator changed this summer, oem voltage. no corrosion on battery terminals or anything. but there is something draining but i just dont know what it is.

the only aftermarket item in the car is the cd player/radio. if u jump the car its amperage is pretty low almost in the red. but at times when u drive it around its up to 14 which is good then when u come to a light or a stop it dies down again but not into the red though i guess it goes down to 10. but once u get to about 1200 rpms it goes up again. i didnt see any loose connections, but tonight i drove the car and 2 times i hit a bump during the drive and the lights got bright and the amp gauge was reading good it was in the 14 range so im guessing something is loose.

im confused, anyone else have a problem like this. also my belt on the car is alittle big but nothing to cause this i dont think....

try discconecting one terminal, and using a volt meter between the terminal and the cable to see if its drawing a voltage. would mean you have an ignition off draw.

You could have a lose ground so make sure the engine to firewall strap is intact as well as the battery. You could also have some corroded wires so just check over the wiring in the engine. Also you may have a belt slip make sure belts are tight and in good shape.
