sorry if this is a dumb question..but this is my first mustang..its a 94 Gt just bought it and i noticed it was leaking some tranny fluid...its a manual ad i was wondering how to check the fluid level and top it off and with what type of fluid...I will fix the leak soon as i can its real small but i dont know how long its been leaking just wanna check it in the mean while...thanks

Should be just shy of 3 qts of anything Mercon/Dexron III or better. Synthetic is great. The fill hole is on the side of the tranny. Make the car level and fill until it runs out of the hole. Let it drip until it stops.
