MSD ignition system help

i just installed a complete MSD ignition kit on my 93 GT. MSD Pro-Billit dist., 6AL-BTM, Blaster TFI coil and harness, and 8.5 super conductor wires. Everything is hooked up like the directions say. The problem that I am having is that wheen you start it up it skips for about a minute or two. after that it runs great. it does this everytime you crank it even after you have just shut it off. Also everytime it rains or I wash my car it skips and floods until the car dries off, but the 6AL is not getting wet. what is wrong?
