first off i was wondering if anyone knew the stock size of the throttle body on a 90 5.0 HO. as well as the stock lbs injectors. then would anybody recommend upgraded any of these with just some simple bolt ons???

 

not sure but i think stock tb is 57 or 58 mm. my guess at the injectors is 19 #. not real sure though. You wanna be careful upgrading the tb too much so you don't kill your low end torque on a stock engine. 24 # injectors might be alright, anything more and you might need a tune.

 

you dont need to upgrade the injectors untill you have alot of mods. And they wont give you any more hp so dont waste your money. Start saving for the parts that add real power, heads,cam,intake manifold.

 

The above is correct. Get a 65mm throttle body and spacer, and make sure you open the upper intake inlet to match, 75mm pro m mass air meter, and a t moss ported lower intake, and you will feel a very nice difference for bolt ons.
