Default need help 83 5.0 carb engine diagnostics

just picked up an 83 5.0 carb engine gt convert, garage kept, has only been started once in a while while its been sitting for a couple years, starts and runs but runs ruff like it has a cam, it doesnt to my knowledge, put new gas in it, put some sea foam in gas, checked the plug wires on the proper cylinder, the butterfly was sticking so i freed that up and the linkage is working smoothly now, i pulled out the pcv and cleaned, i noticed that i have vacume on the hose to the crank case filter, its been a while since i toyed with a carbed engine but that doesnt seen right, it also has low power when you let out the clutch like it dont want to go, help would be greatly appreciated, thanks Cliff

the vacuum from the breather to the base of the carb should be correct (it should be a bigger vacuum line if I remember). I would check around for vacuum leaks if there's a rough idle, or timing.

I would almost say it was the carb. If you let them set for any period of time the seals go bad and cause fuel issues. Had it happen to me in the past. Probably just letting to much gas into the motor.
