oil pan problem

Default oil pan problem

i was giving my car the daily check up and i noticed the front of the oil pan was dripping slowly and the pan bolts were not tight my question is can i get away with retorqing the bolts and calling it a day or do i have to replace the gasket?

I would try tightening the bolts first then if it still leak then replace the gasket.
