Go to a autoparts store and rent a radiator pressure test. It would build up pressure in the coolant system then you can see where it is leaking from. If it is the water pump then it is easy to change probaly should take a hour if you have the right tools.

Most of the time that leak is coming from the "telltale" hole in the waterpump. The seals go bad and it starts leaking. You could also let the engine get up to operating temp and then while idling, look for the leak. There is a small hole at the bottom/back of the waterpump. OEM replacement water pumps are fairly cheap. They are like $27.00 with a Lifetime warranty from AutoZone.
