Default turbo questions

im sure this is a dumb question, but im new to mustangs. if i were to buy two turbochargers alone, what else would i need to complete a twin-turbo setup? also, is there any danger or risk (other than the obvious ones when buying used parts) in buying used turbos in good condition? whats a reasonable price to pay for the turbos alone? thanks for your help. i drive a 95 gt, if that matters.

you dont need to have a built bottom end you can run low psi on a stock short block.

You will need the fallow off the top of my head:

Fuel upgrades(fuel pump,injectors,AFPR)
Turbo piping
flanges to mount turbos to stock manifolds
Oil feed and drain lines
Fitting to tap into oil pan for oil drain
Fitting to get oil from oil pressure guage sender
Intercooler
Silicone cuplers and T-bolt clamps or cheaper kind for low boost.
two new air filters
Plugs one heat rang colder like NGK TR6's
Tune
Time (its gonna take awhile to mount setup and fabricat all the piping lines etc.. for this setup).
