Default 5.0 Charging Nightmare

Okay My roomate bought a 1983 GT with a 5.0 and a 5speed. There is no charge at the battery with the car running. I have replaced the alternator already and there is still no charge. Does anybody have a wiring diagram that they can scan? The wiring harness on this car has been hacked and mutilated. So I figure that would be the first place to start. Any helpful advice or diagrams would be great.

Checked the battery and the solnoid all of it checks good. I did find a wire off of the back of the alternator that lead to nothing. It's a green wire that has a end on it like the starter signal wire. I will try to post pictures later. I still would love to find a wiring diagram if anybody has one they can scan in would be great. Nobody has a chiltons or anything locally it would take 3days to get one and I need this car running now.
