Its a catback and its not Stainless Steel so it will rust after a few years.

Yes, it will rust. But, it can last for many years if not driven in the snow. Besides, you will probably get sick of it and want something else, or get rid of the car before is rusts. If you are on a budget and want to make some rumble, this could be a nice option for you.

I have the American Thunder Cat back on my car with BBK headers, an off-road H-Pipe, and no cats. I love it...my neighbors don't!

I'm looking to get the Flowmaster Force II exhaust system...here just in NC, around Charlotte, that shouldn't rust any faster than the stock system now should it? If not, I'll have no problems because my stock system is 15 years old and looking fine.

Flowmaster should be at minimum on par with, but more then likely higher quality construction materials then the stock system. I'm in PA and drive my car all year round, including the "Salt Season". My American Thunder Exhaust is several years old and still looks great with no rust. It obviously won't last as long as stainless, but there is no reason you won't get years of use out of it as long as you take care of your car.
