Default front end noise / rattle

ok, this really pisses me off that FORD MO CO would do this, i have an 08 gt 4.6 3v. i have posted this once before, with no relation. i have c/o my struts, s/mounts, and have had my car racked two to three times in the last 2yrs to have them (mech) pull, tug, retighten bolts, nuts etc: 'i'm sorry sir, dont see or feel anything that was loose'. Well, i called a mech shop the other day told the guy my prob/issue, he says 'hey you need to talk with one of my mech's here who has an 07 gt' i say t'myself, cool maybe he can relate, so,, i tell him my issue, and he says, yeah my 07gt makes the same noise rolling over small bumbs, crevisis in the payvment & when you turn on those wash board bumps, he says that was just the design on those yr models, nothing you can do, it's not gonna hurt anything, just gonna have to live with it. IT'S JUST THAT THIS NOISE SOUNDS SO UNSTABLE. It's not a popping noise, it a Loose sounding noise. If anybody can tell me what IS really going on, and that can be fixed, I will send you a $20 Dollar bill, I promise. Thanks to anyone who clue me in on this.

I think in this case C/O means Changed Out...Not coil over.

I havent seen anyone post about this before and I dont have a S197.

nope, havent changed out anything or have c/o's. new struts, yes. roush susp yes, i figured process by elimination, while getting my gt to handle better, and it does handle better. i have my sites on a bmr k-member, maybe once this is installed it will delete the noise, if it does not, ( I wont be surprised) i will keep booger hunting. one day i feel like i will find the issue.

ok, had a mechanic tell me the other day that in the T.S.B. that 05-07 m/gt's that the strut mount studs and the top stut nut needs to be c/o due to a rattle loose noise the cars make while going over small bumps and crevises in the street, SAME SOUND MINE MAKES! but it only says up to 07yr, i tell you, those basterds know x-actly whats making my noise, they just wanna make sure my car is out of warranty b-4 they put my yr model on the T.S.B.
