I always just stage back in the burnout box, and punch it on the first yellow.
Blake, don't get gears, you can change the size of the wheels instead for the same effect. I recommend 4" lawnmower wheels. As an added bonus, since you'll have to remove your brakes for them to fit, you save some weight too!
