alright to keep it on track, on the 94 to 98 models theres three or four long thin bolts, you can adjust with a 4 mm wrench, at the base of the bolts theres plastic domes with 2 flaps. you squeeze in those flaps and push away from the car. once you get them all unlocked like that then you can pull the headlight out. sorry but the 94-98 headlight suck major balls to get out than the 99-04. i suffered just as much as you with headlight removal and installation. also as a side note, take it to a mechanic to adjust the headlights, i broke mine trying to adjust cuz theyre not as easy as the new models to do.
