you will be fine. that only applays to much older cars. just use a blow dryer heat up the strips the use your finger to peel them off. start at one end pell it up and pull it up. while using the blower dryer still to keep them hot. thats how i got rid of those BIG ass mustang outlines they put on some cars. you knoow the 3 running horses i had them go form my back quoarter panel all the way to the front fender. it was gay.
