Well a 75 shot might put you in the high 12's, lol.
If it makes you feel any better I was stuck at 13.7 for what seemed forever. Mines an auto also and I had 3.73's. I think they are a limiting factor. Since you plan on doing more down the road and don't want to changes gears then you need more power and less weight.
