If I read correctly you picked up 2 tenth's from your tune. That is good, that's equal to 20 hp.
You have to post all your sixty foot times, weather data and describe your launches. Did you spin etc.
As stated by others Verts are slower due to weight.
You have pullies (5 hp)
cold air (no gain)
K & N filter (5 hp)
X pipe & Catback 10 -15 hp
Sounds like you are running big heavy wheels and tires, this will slow you down. Blake had the same problem, heavy car big tires and wheels. 14.0 with what you have is not bad. Make a few changes and you can go mid 13's.
Run a set of DR's on light weight wheels at the track. Work work work on your sixty foot time, it's everything. Shift at 5800 rpm. Don't short shift you'll kill your top end. Did you take out your spare tire and jack? Have you removed the dog bone from the rear end? Front sway bar? Run less than a quarter tank of gas, pump your front tires up to 45 psi. There are alot of little things that add up. Take out the back seat before you go to the track, 70 lbs. savings. Most of all don't get discouraged, keep getting out and practicing.
