i have never seen it either. thats why i thought my 14.2 was pretty good for bone stock with tires with like 40% tread. but alot of people say they have seen it so i guess it possible. the track i go to people run 14.5's stock and like 5 people ask me how i get 14.2's so i almost dont believe it is posible
