In Germany they have the same rules of the road as us. On the interstate we say.. "Slower trafic keep right" and there is no place in the southern US where I have seen it enforced either. On the Autobahn (sp?) they have the same rule called "Drive Right" means the same as ours... But they will nail your ass big time if you dont.... "Drive Right". Over there fines are based on your income. Two different peeps will pay different amounts for the same violtion. A doctor would pay thousands while a janitor MAY pay a hundred. But the DO enforce the hell outta the drive right. I wish they would do it here. Pisses me off to have peeps driving the speed limit in the fast lane.
