i used to help out at a paint shopand we painted them... we have done a lot of mustang lights and we came to realize where that bubble comes from... if you look real closely at the factory lights when they are red you can just barely see them, but thats how the lights come out of the mold.. the black just makes it show up better.. the tint has no way of causing it to bubble like that.
