However, to answer the original question. It's a lower mileage vehicle which should fetch around $5K-6K deending on your market. The new paint and rebuilt tranny might indicate that it's taken a beating in it's life (test drive should tell you that). GT40 heads and cobra intake are $600-$750 worth of mods (less if you shop around). Rims and exhausts are a personal choice so it's always tough to throw a value to them, you may love them and I might remove them and sell ASAP. You could build the same car for that amount of money so from that perspective I would say it's not that great of a deal. However, if you love every aspect of the car and it's the ride you would build if given the opportunity and $7000, then it is worth it. It's not a great deal that you could turn around any sort of profit if you tried to re-sell it
