Your welcome. Don't worry about your wife's post on the other forum, I can understand her frustration...just reading through the whole situation made ME feel frustrated!

Hopefully she will realize that the forums can be a useful tool when you put things into perspective and contact the right people like me. That's why I am here!
Also in all fairness to UPS, we do ship thousands of packages a week perfectly without problems. This is probably an isolated problem at your local depot or routing station with one or a small handful of their employees not following company standards. If enough companies and customers file damage claim reports like we did, I am sure UPS will nip it in the bud. It is unfortunate that this whole situation left you with such a bad experience with UPS, which is in general a very good and reliable shipping company.
