these are proven mods and the best bangs for the buck until you wish to go inside the motor.

Ok, maybe a stupid question, but do these just have less resistance and a larger range of motion is that why they make more hp? Also does the install consist of taking of the valve covers unbolting the old RR's and bolting on the new ones? Or is it more complicated then that?
