at this point, the throttle body wouldnt do anything. as far as a plenum goes, its attatched to our upper intake manifold whereas on a gt, you can buy a seperate one. have you looked into an intake manifold spacer. its only $100 and is proven to add some low end hp and torque, which is what i think you are mostly looking for. its very easy to install and the instructions make it even easier.
