Ordered Xcal3 and JLT CAI kit. Got a confirmation that they have BOTH been shipped. Box arrived today MINUS the XCAL!!! Customer service tells me "Oh, that item is on backorder" What the hell?!? The web site STILL shows "we have 34 on hand!" This CAI is just a big paperweight without that tuner.

AMNick just PM'd and all is well!! The backorder status was really just a "in line to be tuned" status. I really am nervous about shopping online and I MAY have jumped the gun abit!!
