If this is incorrect, then by all means, I would like a to have a higher res signature! But I also do not want to be in violation of any rules.

Hmm, it appears so. Well..I don't think it's an issue here, people only get in trouble if it's overly large..say bigger than like 600x250 pixels. WaterDr and R3dneck, 2 of the top mods here, both have sigs way bigger than 19.5kb, along with the rest of us..lol
