rear spring are easy, disconnect the shock at the top or bottom, jack under the center diff first, then lower the rear some, spring shouldnt have any tension and just pull out.

front, put the jack under the control arm, bust the top strut bolt loose, lower jack, spring should fall out, swap CC plates, 3-4 bolts, put the new spring in, jack it back up, tighten the strut bolt, drive to alignment shop.
