You can still apply for lots of other programs to help pay for college. UCF has tons of resources on this. I never needed it though as i got the bright futures 75% paid so i at most pay $415 a semester over the last 5 years. But there are defiantly other government resources you can get. Also i believe you can reapply for bright futures after you in college and raise that GPA up.
