Well technically...
if you shift perfectly , you wont spin your tires, or even chirp them. The problem is, it's hard as hell(without good tires) to not chirp when youre jamming into 2nd gear as quick as you need. Plus, I can imagine anyone not spinning tires a lil on launch, unless theyre dr's or slicks. And dont even think of dropping uner 2k or you'll big the car, resulting in zero wheelspin, which will result in your worst possible time.
