so, with my biggest enemy being fade, is it better (dont
realllllyyyy want to spend 1K) to just bite the bullet and get bigger rims and the 13" rotors and such or just get better pads and rotors (are there any better ones for stock size?)

r3dn3ck post on the top of this page and seems like there really is no way to stop fade with stock rotors....
is this true?
