yup, thats the ones, 1999 and 2000 are Windsors and ONLY have the one service port on the oil filter housing...you options are, "T" ing it, which I dont recommend, just using the port for a "real" gauge or getting a Romeo oil filter housing, which has a second 3/8" npt port....
