you can't disable it without tripping the light. So, pull the bulb that causes the light. Takes about 10 minutes. Then go under the rear seat and pull one or both of the rear ABS sensor connectors. They're mounted to the forward bulkhead on either side under the rear seat.

That will disable the TC and ABS. Once you get used to it the ability to spin and lock em up is better to have than not to have.
