I could take one out on my dad, or my brother, or my best friend. anyone can take a life insurance policy out on anyone so long as you consent, and if i had life insurance policy, whoever I want as the beneficiary is gonna get my stuff.

I don't like most of what you say or represent, so Im not going to get into a debate with you about any of your views about THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. Whatever you think, you should still show respect to the man that is in office. You seem to believe that you have extremely high moral value, well by saying the things that you have about our president you have just kicked yourself straight in the teeth.
Anyway, you are completely wrong about life insurance. You CAN NOT get insurance on anyone you want, there is this little clause in life insurance policy which states that you must prove that you have "Insurable interest" which means that if the person you are buying the policy for dies that you will stand to lose something of value, ie: business partner that pays half of the bills or a spouse that takes care of the kids and helps to pay bills, etc etc etc.. The only life insurance policy that does not need insurable interest would be a minor, ie: your child.
