Homers have been around forever anyways. hell. look at the roman empire. its amazing they could actually conquer a world with all that pole cleaning going on.
America is one of the more intolerant countries when it comes to this stuff. There are lots of other developed countries that really dont worry about it and do just fine.
like i said.. wasted energy. would be a lot better to put that energy towards something positive instead of persecuting homo's
As for the whole homo thing in general, dont get me wrong, im not entirely ok with it. I might get flogged for this but i honestly think homosexuality is a psychological disorder. I do agree, guy on guy aint right, (the jury is still out about the girl on girl thing but i like it). But it doesent reall hurt anyone so who cares.
I have a buddy who is a homer. He is allright though cause he doesent like shopping, has no interest in broadway, and would rather kick back and drink a 6 pack and talk about the last UFC fights than discuss window treatments.
Great guy. Awesome guy. Very dependable friend. And all in all he is a far better person than most. The only thing about him that i find kinda gross is his whole gay-ness. He aint ashamed of it, but while he is gay, he does not define himself by his homersecksuality, he defines himself by his achievements and the same standards straight people define themselves.
The idea that he is unethical and immoral and has anything to do with the decline of values and integrity is absolutly laughable. I can compare him to 50 random people on the street and i can garauntee he is a person of higher standard and integrity than 48 of those people.
But hey, if you dont like it thats yer perrogative, but i gotta say it is a waste of energy, and all that energy that goes into preventing homo's from being married is a shame cause it wouldnt be too difficult to find a better outlet for that effort.
