What's wrong w/ the rotor, does it crack or warp? If it just warps, you may just get away w/ turning them (turning is around $10/rotor). Also, how many miles and how hard are you using everything? You may be pushing it w/ how hard you brake and glazing the rotor/pad. Are the parts they use reputable? It seems odd you need to replace everything so often. By the way, you may want to consider to do all this yourself to save on labor since brake jobs are extremely easy and the only special tools needed is something to catch the bled off brake fluid and the "socket" used to reset the rear caliper's piston.
