First of all.. This is not bashing Cali.

I think all of these laws banning smoking everywhere are just dumb as fuck. If they're going to ban smoking then just go ahead and just make it illegal. TN just passed a law that you can't smoke within 10ft of the front door of any business and took all of the smoking areas out of all restaurants but adult businesses.

It's just so stupid imho.
