I agree on the "He tried to ram me" part. If the cop car was stopped and the car tried to hit the cop car then yes that'd be "ramming" in my eyes, but both cars were moving so it shouldnt be "ramming." Thats like going to a gun range and going down range while others are shooting and then claiming that they tried to kill you.
