Totally stock? I doubt it. Even at sea level in Fl that would be tough with all the extra weight. I give it a definate maybe. My car as modded only runs a 13.8 corrected. If I could learn to drive better, I should be able to pull a 13.4 corrected, but heck I have wider and better tires too than stock. The pros are only pulling high 13's with stock coupes. I believe verts generally run mid to low 14's stock.
