One more thing, I could expect that a tune might be needed to get the FULL benefit of the MOD, but I don't think I should LOSE performance by installing just a TB/Plenum. Most people don't get tunes when they install these things AFAIK.
Maybe it has to do with how rich/lean the particular car is running prior to installing the unit, although I would think the ECU would be able to compensate, especially for normal driving because this isn't a major change to things as the HP gains generally show.
