Might want to check the K memeber, I was told a while back that I would need a different one when I was going to swap a 5.0 in my 98? I could very well be wrong though.
Like Spike Said, you will need ECU, wiring harness, tranny, I am assuming you bought the whole Cobra so swap the 8.8 in, driveshaft, the 7.5 rear won't last long, new gauge cluster (you can use the v6 one, but it will be off).
