same thing happened to me. check to see if all of the wires are not loose in the plastic holder that goes into the back of the head unit. this happened to me and it caused my rear speakers to do what your speakers are doing. some times when you put the plug in, the prongs dont go in the hole and get pushed out. simply push them back in and make sure they are snug
