What that busdriver did was 120% wrong. I don't care what the reason for hitting the kid. He is the authority figure, he is the adult, he needs to act like it. If you were in that situation what would you learn? If I put myself in that spot, I take out of it as an adult I can hit kids cause I'm bigger, and cause I'm older. In psychology, it's what we call "negative reinforcement." It is by no means helpful. Using "positive reinforcement" would work out much better. True, it won't always happen that way, but you have to try. I'm not saying that when I grow up further and I have children that I will let them walk all over me... No, I will not let that happen. I have seen what happens when children are allowed to do whatever they want. But what people need to realize is that there are ways without using any kid of physicality to teach their children respect. As I have always thought and believed, "Respect is a two-way street. You got to give it to get it."

Peace.
He called him a motha fuc**! That kid wanted to beat the crap outta of the bus driver??? No way! He needs to learn to respect the authority figure, and there was no way the bus driver was gonna sit down ,and talk to the kid about not cursing, blah blah. He needed to be smacked. Now the kid knows he can't go around running his mouth w/o pissing people off. I think the driver did well, by just grabbing him by the neck and not really hurting him too much.

Lol, did anyone notice that the motha fuc** guy said he would punch the driver's lights out? O man I would've loved to see him try.

Lesson: Don't f*** with the bus driver bit**es
