the 6th window would be the windshield which can be legally tinted in California, but only like a 3 or 4" strip(it has to be above the ASI line or whatever it's called) and it has to be a certain amount of inches above your headrest. the DMV website has the right info. However i don't think any tint is legal on your main side windows so if you do tint it get only like a 50%. I had 20%(which isn't that dark at all) and i got popped for it. And you know the High Desert CHP's are real dickheads.
