I put 3.73's on my car one month after getting it, they made a nice difference on the street. I now run 4.30's and they made a nice difference at the strip.
I recently made a 500 mile round trip from St. Louis to Bowling Green to race in the NMRA event being held there.
I had 2 - 275/15/50 Nitto's in the back seat, a set of jack stands, a floor lift, various tools, big cooler complete with ice and beer (some food also) a duffle bag of clothes. I set my cruise control at 71 miles per hour for the entire trip and got 23 mpg.
If you are wanting to run alot at the track and stay n/a go with 4.30's, if you think you might want to hit it with a little nitrous don't exceed 4.10's. If you have no plans to race 3.73's leave you plenty of top end.
