I have a friend who did this swap. If he had to do it all over again he'd tell me to kiss his ass
It's a lot more work than you think. Especially re-wiring the entire engine to computer etc. That's a pain. Definately not easy. Might as well just buy yourself the car with the 5.0 already in it
