Upgrading this site the latest vBulletin is on our "to do" list. There is another update due soon, a problem with 3.6.1 has been found and 3.6.2 should be out in a couple of days. We will upgrade after that version is released and stable.

Well, it may seem like that, but it's nowhere near that. It's an enterprise class server, running some of the best software available. It just needs some tuning, that's all. Like I said, we're working on it and should have it all straightened out very soon.
