Heres an e-mail I got today from a customer. He called me wondering where his shipment was. I told him that it is on the way and that it is currently around Jacksonville as best as I could tell. He proceeded to demand that i send him another shipment, and to overnight it to him. I told him we dont cross ship, and that his package is en route and would be to him in a few days. As he hung up he said "Gee thanks for all your help." in a very sarcastic manner. When i got back from lunch, I had this in my e-mail.

Subject: Terrible service
I can assure you that I will be on every mustang message board spreading the word that my order is stuck in limbo somewhere in some cheap-ass delivery service to save a couple of buck. When you say free shipping make sure you say its cheap and unreliable next time so that one has the option to pay for shipping, as would any decent on line-shop. I could have had my package a few days ago. I'll make sure to mention that the pencil dick manager would not help me solve my dilemma and send me another order express with an apology for it taking so long the first time. I will never shop here again.
Thanks,

Now correct me if im wrong, but how many of you had free shipping from us and it was fast? I think someone has their panties in a bunch!
Just thought you might all like some good customer service giggles that I had today! If you see this guy trashing us on a forum, give us some support, and we here at MT will take care of you!
BTW Cheap and Unreliable is APX/USPS. It takes a little longer, but it still gets there in due time.
