yeah i deleted mine and it was full of water.... and it wouldnt come out.... if it got in there has to be a way out.
../to get the rings off. go to your local auto paint store and get some polishing compound. or compoud. i suggest get the good stuff be cause the cheap stuff doesnt shine up as well. just put it on a fine threaded cloth. or wool buffer and buff untill it is gone.
